"What can i say. I offered jess a task which many a cake maker had said they where unable to do. Jess said from day one not a problem send me some pics and would get on with it. Get on with it she did. The final result was outstanding i was so pleased she had captured my dogs better than i ever thought possible. She is ever so sweet and welcoming. The consultation with her is so open and friendly and Jess listens
to what you wish to have and what you want your cake to look like.
Jess does her best to listen and construct some quick images to bring your idea to life.
She gives you all the info you need and it really goes very smoothly.
Her cake samples were great as it allowed us to sample the flavours and determine what we wanted for our wedding cake.
I would like to point out Jess's red velvet cake is THE BEST I have tried (and I've tried a lot of red velvet!).
I showed her the style of cushion cake I wanted for my mehndi and the colours of my outfit and She delivered!
It was BEAUTIFUL and matched me exactly! Our wedding cake was exactly how we wanted and to this day,
5 months later we still get compliments on the cake. It was beautiful and delicious.
Jess also kindly remade our clay models as someone accidentally broke them on the day.
Jess is just amazing. I am sad I didnt find her earlier. If I was still living in Ipswich she would become my cake person for life.
